My friend isn't very tech savvy, and his wife used to set him up (phone, emails, etc). They're unfortunately going through a long breakup, and she's shut him out of his digital life.

He's asked me to help him recover the email account, but he obviously has no access to the recovery email and phone.

Does anyone know of any process that he could follow to regain access to his Yahoo mail account? He's based in Australia, and I believe court processes have been on his side so far, so if there's a place to submit some affidavit or the like, he could try that.
